Our Five Phase Approach
Phase One: CONTRACTING
Define development goals and build consensus around the coaching process, confidentiality constraints, outcomes and metrics which are documented in a written Agreement.
Phase Two: ASSESSMENT
Select the appropriate assessment instrument or methodology to assess the individual client’s success factors, strengths and development needs. These may include meeting job challenges, leading people, respecting self and others, leading the business, and leading by personal example.
Phase Three: ASSESSMENT FEEDBACK AND COLLABORATIVE REVIEW
Candid feedback is provided and recommendations are linked to the appropriate course of action.
Phase Four: DEVELOPMENT ACTION PLAN
Define improvement goals, learning strategies, and organizational resources and support strategies. Observe and note new behaviors and progress, and refine action plan.
Phase Five: BUILDING A LEADERSHIP FUTURE
Create a six- and twelve-month action plan and a road map for success.
